Geelong Gallery was established to make art accessible to all, inspire imagination and contribute to the cultural life of our region.
We work to ensure people of all backgrounds, abilities and experiences feel welcomed, represented and able to engage meaningfully with art.

Parking
Weekday metered parking and free two-hour parking on weekends is available in Geelong. The closest options to the Gallery are located on Little Malop Street, Fenwick Street, Gheringhap Street, Railway Terrace and Ryrie Street.

Public transport to Geelong Gallery
Geelong Gallery is a 400-metre walk from both the Geelong Railway Station and the Moorabool Street Bus Interchange.
V/Line operates frequent train services between Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station and Geelong Railway Station.
Geelong has an extensive public transport network, with buses connecting the city and surrounding region.

Foyer
Our Visitor Experience team will welcome you in the Gallery Foyer. All our gallery spaces are wheelchair accessible. Please ask our team if you have any questions
Ramp
Access to the main galleries is via a ramp, located on the right side of the foyer, next to the Geelong Gallery Store.
Lift
Access to the Decorative Arts gallery and bathrooms is via the lift, found in the Hitchcock Gallery, to the right of the staircase.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at no charge from reception. To reserve a chair for your visit, please contact us before your visit.
Toilets
All-Gender, wheelchair access, baby change, female and male toilets can be found on the lower level of Geelong Gallery, to the right of the staircases. Wheelchair access is via the lift.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all spaces at Geelong Gallery.
Access programs
Please contact us to enquire about our guided tours and specific access events and programs that can be tailored to meet your needs. Bookings are required at least two weeks in advance.
