Geelong Gallery is a place for learning, exchange and discovery.
We encourage students and teachers to use the Gallery as a valuable learning resource, sparking curiosity and creating opportunities to explore ideas, perspectives and cultural exchange.
Our learning programs provide meaningful opportunities for students to engage with works of art and make connections with relevant areas of the curriculum. Programs are designed to encourage discussion, questioning and exploration, supporting students to develop confidence in responding to and interpreting art.

Learn programs
The Gallery offers a broad range of programs to explore, respond and learn about our landscape and cultural identity. Our Learn programs make connections between the art and ideas presented in our temporary exhibitions, or self-guided or Gallery Educator tours can be tailored to meet the needs of individual schools.
